We are currently looking to expand our IT development team and would be interested to hear from people that have skills in Flash/Flex - action script 3, coupled with a sound understanding of video streaming.

Other internet development (asp/asp.net, java, sql) skills are desirable as well as video editing (Final Cut)/ sound / camera skills etc.
